Overview
The Machine Operator is responsible for setting up, running, maintaining, and troubleshooting industrial equipment and automated production lines in manufacturing plants located in Upper Palatinate (Oberpfalz), Bavaria. Working under German industrial standards (DIN/ISO), the operator ensures smooth, safe, and efficient manufacturing operations while adhering to strict quality controls.
Requirements
Minimum Kenyan Qualification:
• KCSE certificate
• Certificate/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Production Technology, Plant Operations, Manufacturing or related TVET qualification
• Relevant machine-operation training/certification is an advantage
Key Requirements:
• 2–3 years' industrial machine-operation experience
• Ability to operate, monitor and adjust production machinery
• Ability to follow technical instructions and safety procedures
• B2 German is mandatory
