Monthly Gross Salary: KSh 452,000 – KSh 490,000
Position Overview
The Dispatcher / Logistics Coordinator is responsible for overseeing efficient freight transportation, route planning, and real-time fleet monitoring from Salzgitter, Germany. Serving as the primary point of communication between drivers, international clients, and internal operational teams, the successful candidate will ensure seamless delivery workflows, regulatory compliance, and cost-effective transport solutions.
Requirements
Minimum Kenyan Qualification:
• KCSE certificate
• Certificate/Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics & Transport, or Business Administration
Key Requirements:
• 2–3 years' experience coordinating transport logistics and dispatch operations
• Multilingual competency: B2 German, English, and Russian
• Proficiency in fleet management and scheduling systems
